Cheerleading Competition Results
All of our cheer squads placed in both cheer and dance. Congratulations to our cheerleaders for a job well done!!
CHEERLEADING
Our Head Cheer Moms and Coaches are chosen by a selection committee. To apply for one of these positions, forms are available on this website, at sign ups, or from the Cheer Director.

If there are more than thirty cheerleaders per team, there will be try-outs for competition routines.
CHEERLEADING UNIFORMS
The uniforms for our cheerleaders and mascots are custom made.
Information regarding cheer uniforms will be posted shortly.
ONCE THE CHEERLEADER IS MEASURED FOR HER UNIFORM, CONSIDER IT PURCHASED AND IT MUST BE PAID FOR.
On the above dates and times we will have available little used, pre-owned uniforms at reduced prices for new and returning cheerleaders. These are referred to uniform "swap" days.
Payment for new uniforms is made directly to the vendor at the time of the fitting unless specific arrangements are made with the vendor.
No jewelry is allowed during practice or games. Cheer personnel are not responsible for lost jewelry, so please do not bring it to practice or games.
PRACTICE LOGISTICS
Teams practice 2 hours per day, 5 days a week through the month of August. (First day of practice is Wednesday, August 1st).
September, October, and November Cheer practice will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays for Mascots, Sr. Clinic, Gremlins and Tiny Mites. Mity Mites, Pee Wees and Midgets will practice on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
If cheerleaders do not complete 20 hours of conditioning prior to the first game they will not be allowed to participate in Cheer Competition. We have found that playing “catch-up” hurts the rest of the squad.
Additional mandatory weekend practices are held in October for all cheerleaders participating in the VYC Cheer championships.
GAME SCHEDULE
The number of season games is determined by the Valley Youth Conference and the schedule will be published early in September. When the schedule is available we will provide our parents with a copy for their information.
Playoffs are usually on Saturday and competition is on Sunday at the end of October. As the season progresses, your team will be provided scheduling information.
